Next, share the purpose of the activity and what to expect. Encourage everyone to select an item or prepare a short story to share, depending on the theme.

How to host brain teasers

Present the first brain teaser to the team. Allow them a short time (e.g., 2-3 minutes) to solve it individually. After the individual solving time, encourage team members to discuss their solutions and thought processes.
Then share the solution to the brain teaser. Briefly discuss the answer and any alternative approaches team members may have considered. Present another brain teaser and repeat steps 3 to 5. Continue with additional brain teasers as time allows.
