You simply answer a questionnaire (or assessment) inside our secure web App (start the free assessment now). It will take you approx. 30 minutes to complete  ⏰ During this time you will quickly and instinctively work through 40 questions, moving cards, to rank 5 possible answers in a hierarchy from highest to lowest.

While you only need to answer 40 questions, by the end of the questionnaire you will have worked through 200 test items, measuring 48 of your personal motivations, at least 4 times. ✅
