About your hosts

Matija Squire

Matija Squire also known as Tia is the Head of our Research team at Fingerprint for Success. She is deeply passionate about neurodiversity, being diagnosed with both ADHD & dyslexia. Through research Tia is determined to inspire the workplaces of the future where cognitive diversity is not only embraced, it is celebrated. Tia’s background is in languages, entrepreneurship and culture, as a mentor, consultant and guest lecturer.

Dr. Sharon Saline

Dr. Sharon Saline specializes in an integrative approach to managing ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning skills, learning differences & mental health in neurodivergent children, teens & adults. With over 30 years of clinical experience, she brings a positive, strength-based approach to improving the challenges related to attention, learning & behavior.

Grace Reeves

Grace Reeves is an interdisciplinary leader with professional experience in scale-ups and big enterprises in the finance, government and technology sectors in New Zealand and the UK.  She is known for being an empathetic leader but also as someone who tackles the difficult challenges through driving effective cross-functional leadership and enabling people to do the best work of their lives while bringing their whole selves to work. During her time at Xero Grace has contributed as a Wellbeing Leader and also founder of Xeros Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group. While only diagnosed a year ago with ADHD Grace was already a passionate advocate for embracing neurodiversity in the workplace and is dedicated to helping others navigate this journey.
