About your hosts

Annie Luu has spent the last 2 decades working in high-performing teams, in her previous role as a coach and Head of Culture for an early-stage venture fund and running 22 accelerator programs. She knows how to bring people to connect and bond on a deeper level for lasting friendships.

Mike Fitzbaxter is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Remote Social. He has previously worked as the Principal Product Manager for Identity at Atlassian, Head of Content for Auth0, Group Product Manager at Deputy, and the Innovation Lead for Telstra Digital. Having worked in a number of remote teams, Mike is passionate about helping remote teams build amazing culture and team bonding from day 1!

Max Young helps founders, leaders, and managers in rapidly growing teams to scale performance and culture. His intention is to be a humble force for good, facilitating clarity and razor-focused development in individuals and teams. Drawing on his advanced coaching methodologies (cognitive behavioural and self-actualisation psychologies), neuroscience, and diverse enterprise, startup, and high growth experience, he has a very unique mastery coaching program for development at different stages of growth.
