We at F4S are on a journey to identify and hire amazing and visionary talent to help us achieve our mission for everyone to have access to personalised human development.

After posting a call out to coaches, social media markers, designers, engineers, and others for key foundational roles we were blown away by the sheer number of applicants we received. As we are a remote-first team, we made our roles digital resulting in over 100,000 passionate and talented individuals reaching out to become a part of our vision!

Despite only having a small start-up team, with our deep desire to honour and view every single candidate, we had to quickly invent a sincere process that would help us to get to know each candidate and progress to a final short list. We are so grateful for the patience and understanding of those who applied and have progressed through the process with us. We know it made the timeframe much longer than anticipated for you and for us. It has been wonderful getting to know you! 

We are delighted that we have been able to offer our first available roles and so grateful to have such an extraordinary talent pool of so many of you that we can grow into. Unexpectedly along the way we learned of many, many people either yearning to work with like-minded people or more painfully people struggling due to the pandemic and economic conditions. It became very clear to us that a safe space is needed, a place where everyone can feel seen and supported, a new form of community where people can connect with incredible like-minded creators, designers, coaches, and people leaders.

We see each one of you as global co-creators of the world’s future culture and that together we can do so much more than apart. We are so moved by your stories, kindness, and passion that you shared with us throughout this process that we want to place our hearts and desire for change into a new community.

Facilitating clarity and razor-focused development in individuals and teams - Max is a humble force for good.


Matija Squire

Matija Squire also known as Tia is the team lead of our research team at Fingerprint for Success. She is deeply passionate about using science based research to identify and quantify human patterns that can empower and transform people, teams and cultures. Tia’s background is in languages, entrepreneurship and culture, as a mentor, consultant and guest lecturer.

Michelle Duval

Michelle is the CEO and Founder of Fingerprint for Success. She pioneered new forms of learning and the field of professional coaching in Australia in 1997, becoming a leading voice forging developmental and transformational coaching worldwide. Michelle has coached entrepreneurs, thought leaders, CEOs, and creative artists; such as writers, producers, and actors. She has coached thousands of individuals locally and internationally.

Annie Luu

Annie has been coaching and mentoring leaders, early stage founders and teams across APAC over the last 10 years. Previously Annie was the ex General Manager of Investible, a global group of Investors and VC Fund who invest in early stage start-ups. Annie has delivered over 22 accelerator programs and 300 events on business model validation, investor readiness and pitching for capital.
