We have been busily preparing ourselves for our next phase with a sales team in place to support our growth plans. We now need you to help scale it! A perfect time to join us!   This is a critical role to support our growth plans - ensuring the sales team runs smoothly and efficiently and has the tools to enable them to succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and working in an exciting, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.  You will drive the execution of the sales strategy and identify high-impact areas in our evolving sales process where you will spearhead and drive-operation improvements.   You will have experience or passion for managing the implementation and management of sales technology and know the impact these tools will have on driving and enabling sales.

This role is important because you will …

  • Selecting and managing the implementation of new sales technology and automation tools
  • Project manage these implementations working with stakeholders across the business
  • Lead the change management process and train staff on new technology and software
  • Work with Sales leadership to create strategy and goals for the sales team
  • Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to streamline and drive the sales process
  • Identify meaningful KPIs and sales metrics
  • Tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analysing data and recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance
  • Be the F4S CRM expert, creating custom fields and automation to maximise tool potential
  • Create customised CRM reports to enable meaningful data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure CRM data is up to date, clean, and usable, regularly auditing data for consistency and completeness
  • Manage forecasting and data analysis to provide insight into the team’s performance
  • Implement sales methodologies and best practices
  • Work as a liaison between Sales and other key partner teams
  • Take the lead in  training new team members on sales systems and processes
  • Assist with account management and Sales administrative and operational tasks
  • Other tasks and opportunities of a high-growth startup

Qualifications (any or all):

  • 3 or more  years of experience working in a SaaS sales environment as a project manager or transformational role
  • Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing the implementation and management of sale technology (or a passion for technology and are a fast adopter!)
  • Experience in  identifying and supporting process improvement activities
  • Ability to identify and lead growth-enabling initiatives
  • Good understanding of CRM and Database Software
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Chargebee, Checkout, PandaDocs are a bonus
  • Experience working in a demanding fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify processes 
  • Able to manage the process of idea to execution
  • Driven to building team autonomy in an inclusive environment and effective internal culture

Where is the role based?

F4S has a global presence across the US, Asia, and Europe, and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.  The role is HQ-based, and therefore remote-friendly to any applicants within Australia!
