Full Stack Engineer

F4S is in an exciting position to grow and we’re seeking experienced engineers who enjoy working with on a modern web stack, utilizing frameworks NodeJS and React + Flux on AWS.

Fingerprint for Success (F4S) is a platform that is all about developing and leveraging the most valuable resources available to any company, its people. We bring the scientific method to one of the most complex spaces in technology - accurately and reliably assessing humans, and creating actionable output that drives insights, learning, and change for individuals, teams, and organizations.

You, as the ideal candidate, will have a strong understanding of the convergence of design, business and technology and how to leverage all 3 in delivering a great product to market. You will be working closely with a team of awesome senior engineers and also industry advisors from Canva. 

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications using JavaScript, as well as familiar with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue
  • Experience with GIT, AWS, setting up build pipelines & Linux CLI
  • Knowledge of web application development and standards - HTML, CSS/Less/Sass, Responsive
  • Knows RESTful API development 
  • Security aware and focus on using standards such as OAuth.
  • Postgres or similar RDBMS development and design
  • Good communicator & proactive team player
  • Excited to learn new technologies 

Bonus Points for

  • Experience in Node.js, Angular or Botpress (and other conversational AI technologies)
  • A lean startup mentality and an eye to good UX and design
  • Strong understanding of modern web development practices, architecture, and engineering
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment
