Content Producer

Who you are:

• A multi-skilled producer with experience in journalism/copywriting, (basic) web graphic design, marketing, and web publishing.
• A social media storyteller with a playful curiosity for engaging with people to uncover novel and challenging new ways of doing things.
• You have an insatiable appetite for the latest social media trends and a passion for experimenting with new content formats to drive growth.
• The ability to quickly generate conversational social media copy that captures trending conversations in multiple innovative and distinctive formats (video, audio, text, graphics, etc.)
• A highly curious individual, and a lover of people, conversations, and networking.
• A passion for humanity, well-being, and human development.

What you’ll do:

• Work with the Head of Content to publish growth SEO content. Thoroughly testing all pages to ensure they best represent the premium F4S brand. Checking and validating acquired backlinks.
• Working with F4S’ graphic designer and illustrator to produce rich media content assets (images, infographics, videos, animated gifs, etc) to enhance SEO and social media content to drive growth.
• Working with the Head of Content, PR & Media, and Founder and CEO to define and implement a social media strategy that positions and strengthens the F4S brand and reputation globally with customers, partners, investors, and the media.
• Define and implement an email marketing strategy. Streamline the F4S customer experience automation platform (e.g Active Campaign, Salesforce). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support email marketing, marketing automation, sales automation, and CRM.
• Supporting F4S cross-functional teams by publishing campaign, research, community, event, and webinar landing pages to the CMS.
• Monitoring, responding, and fostering deep community engagement with the F4S community on web and social media platform content.
• Weekly high-level social media content performance reporting to feed insights back into teams.
• Developing relationships with key influencers on each social platform to help distribute content. Circulate with cross-functional teams as relevant to leverage for growth programs.
